It is the mission of the Citizens Protecting Bridle Trails and this website to tell the story of Bridle Trails, Washington and the difficulties most recently encountered to keep this most beautiful area the equestrian and pedestrian friendly community it was meant to be.
This website is dedicated to the preservation of the dedicated bridle trail easements which run through Compton Green. The goal is to get all the property dedicated Bridle Trail Easements open and maintained for use by horses and walkers and runners.
The Compton Green HOA does not do the job that they are required by law and the HOA docs to do. The only reason the HOA was formed was to comply with the law which required an organization to guarantee the maintenance of the dedicated trail system.
This page is dedicated to protecting members of the public who may be considering hiring Williams, Kastner & Gibbs for legal representation. Be aware.
The recorded plat of Compton Green displays all of the trail easements. All the Compton Green property owners are aware and know the dedicated easements as recorded on the plat are alive and they see it on their titles. It's no surprise that these dedicated easements are there and ALIVE.
